My favourite recipe for a

Soothing Massage Oil is:-

1/2 cup lavender water

1/3 cup lavender oil

1/2 cup of safflour (or almond) oil.

Place ingreadients in a pan. Stir over low heat till combined. Allow to cool. Bottle and label.

 

I find it to be soothing and warming for my aches and pains.

In winter it can be warmed lightly in the microwave

before massaging it into your body.

It can also be added to the bath water for a relaxing

soak.
